TRADE AGREEMENT
RUSSIA AND POLAND. By Telegraph—Press Association'—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m. MOSCOW. February 12. A Polish-Russian trade agreement provides for an annual turnover of £0,000.000. Poland is dividing half her exports to Russia equally among coal, textiles and textile machinery. Russia is purchasing 900,000 tons of coal. Poland is importing 40,000 to 50,000 tons of manganese, much tobacco, furs, cotton and fertilisers. The agreement is based on clearing arrangements.
