A charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-car was preferred against Joseph James Lwington in the Masterton Magistrate’s Court this morning. „ , Messrs A. D. Low and E. M. Hodder, J.’sP.. were on the Bench. On the application of Senior-Ser-geant G. A. Doggett, accused was remanded until February 23. Bail was allowed self £25 and one surety of £25. Ewington was arrested in Chapel Street last night.
