OUTSIZE IN DOGS

ON EXHIBITION AT THE SHOW TOMORROW. Acclaimed by the world’s best canine judges to be the biggest and most beautiful dog in the world, "Jumbo," a giant St Bernard dog from Switzerland will be on display at the Masterton Show tomorrow and Wednesday. Jumbo is a direct descendant of the celebrated Barry, a dog which saved 40 lives in the Swiss Alps. Possessing all the wisdom, strength and benevolence of his herculean ancestors Jumbo is a gigantic mass of muscle, strength, blood, bone and beauty. Not only children but also adults will love this dog. He is friendly to everybody and a delightful dog. Jumbo seems to enjoy being on exhibition and there is no doubt that children from eight to eighty enjoy seeing this handsome animal.
