MEANS OF INCREASING SUPPLIES IN WAR TIME. EXPERIMENTS AT SWANSEA. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON, February 10. The Swansea Technical College claims to have produced a commercially wheatless bread, made from oat flour .which is believed to have a higher food, value.
