NEXT WEEK’S ATTRACTION
A. & P. OFFICE ARRANGEMENTS.
Everything is now well in hand for next week’s Masterion Show, which promises to maintain the high standard sc', in previous years. Many fine pens ci siock will be on exhibition and all other classes are well filled. Ring competitions will provide an interesting programme for the public, and sheep dog trials and shearing competitions will add to the many attractions of the Show. There will be a big range of sideshows. The night show on Tuesday, at which tin hare racing and Highland dancing will be the principal features, bound to attract a large attendance of the public. 'Hie Governor-General, Lord Galway, vil! arrive at the Show at 11.30 a.m. on People’s Day. His Excellency will officially open the show at 1.30 p.m. and will lunch with officials of the Association.
On Tuesday and Wednesday next the town office of the Secretary, Mr R. H. Williams, will be closed. All business will be transacted at the office on the Showgrounds. The Secretary and his staff will be available only at Solway during both Show days.
