RAIL EXCURSION
The Railways Department announces that the next of their attractive weekend excursion to Auckland and Frankton Junction has been arranged for the weekend, February 17-20. The excursion train leaves Wellington bn Friday night, February 17, and arrives Auckland Saturday morning. The return train leaves Auckland 3.5 p.m. Sunday, February 19, and arrives at Wellington 6.33 a.m. Monday. The fares are at a very low rate with free reservation of seats. The excursion covers all stations in Manawatu, Wairarapa, and Napier district.
