CAUCUS IN WELLINGTON. MANY PROBLEMS DISCUSSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A caucus of the Opposition Party was held in Parliament Buildings yesterday when all members were present with the exception of two, who were absent on account of ill-health.
