KEEP FIT WEEK
TRIPLE FEATURE FOR COSY.
“Keep Fit Week” will be ushered in at the Cosy on Friday, February 18 with an unusually fine bill of three features. Gene Autj-ey, the popular singing cowboy, heads the programme in “Springtime in the Rockies.” Autrey has long been the most popular Western star in America and recent advice states that a ballot of fans has placed him in a similar position in Great Britain. . “Springtime in the Rockies” is the first of a series of Gene Autrey films that will be shown at the Cosy. Attraction number two on this programme is Popeye in a fifteen hundred foot all-colour Cartoon, “Popeye Meets Ali Baba’s Forty Thieves.” The famous “Man of Muscle” is a fitting introduction to “Keep Fit Week.” The third feature is a gripping sea drama, “Mutiny on the Elsinore.”
