Decisions of the Federal Cabinet, which is meeting here today, include he introduction of a flat rate charge for inter-State telegrams and the abolition of double rates on Sundays, which means a reduction to one shilling for 16 words to any part of Australia on any day. Commercial broadcasting stations have been granted the right to receive news telegrams at Press rates, enabling them to build up news services. \ The Cabinet also allocated £19,000 for urgent bush fire relief.
