The Japanese have surrounded, and are shelling Killing. A handful or guerillas defy dislodgerrient from the adjacent hills. Fifty foreigners, mostly British, remain.
The Chinese Air Force made a surprise raid on a Japanese air base at Yunehen and demolished fifty planes on the ground.
