SURVEY BY COMMISSION IN GUIANA. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. February 3. As a sequel to Mr Neville Chamberlain's statement in the House of Commons on November 21. an Anglo-Amer-ican committee will arrive at Georgetown next Friday in order to investigate the possibility of leasing large areas of British Guiana for colonisation by European refugees.
