Concluding his first speech in _i.hc House of Commons since his return after an illness the Finance Minister, Mr Charles Dunning, reeled and had to be assisted to leave the Chamber. Against the advice of his physician he threw himself into the debate when the Opposition Leader, Dr. R. J.
