NEWSPAPERS ABUSING ROOSEVELT. PROTEST BY EMBASSY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) ROME, February 3. The United States Embassy has protested against the anti-Roosevelt Press campaign and has pointed out that recent comments were personally insulting. Some papers today implied that President Roosevelt’s physical disabilities caused mental aberration.
