N.Z. DAVIS CUP TEAM. BROWN INCLUDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. It has been decided to include A. DBrown, Canterbury, in the New Zealand Davis Cup team. The players .will now comprise C. E. Malfroy (captain), D. C. Coombe (manager), N. V. Edwards (Wellington), and Brown. It has been arranged that Edwards will leave New Zealand by the Rangitiki on March 9. The date of Brown’s departure has not yet been fixed. He was New Zealand champion for the 1937-38 season and afterward went to England, where he had a season of tournament play. He returned to New Zealand for the beginning of this season.
INTER ASSOCIATION MATCH.

The following team has been selected to represent Wairarapa in the annual match against Manawatu to be played on the Masterton Club Courts on Saturday, February 11, play commencing promptly at 10.30 a.m. Any of those selected, and who are unable to play are requested to notify Mr H. M. Boddington immediately:—Messrs P. Hawksworth, M. Hobson, E. M. Hodder, L. D; Keedwell, G. S. McLeod, J. B. Macpherson; Mesdames P. Hawksworth, L. D. Keedwell, G. S. McLeod, Misses D. Allan, J. M. Betts and K. M. Milne. TEAMS FOR SATURDAY. Lansdowne B team to play Carterton at Lansdowne on Saturday, commencing at 1.30 p.m.: —Men: R. Faulknor, H. Adcock, R. Morris, S. Faulknor, R. Harrington, A. Allsop. Ladies: B. Percy, P. Welch, C. Butler, L. Shaw, N. Welch, S. McFarlane. ' The following players will represent Kuripuni C against a Memorial Park team at the Kuripuni Courts commencing at 1.30 p.m. tomorrow:—Men: M. Nicol, E. Steer, D. Pollock, J. Dickason, H. Tinsley, I. Ihaka; ladies: Mrs Jaspers, Mrs Wright, Misses R. Harding, R. Stains, N. Jones, I. Stevenson. Memorial Tennis team to play Kuripuni:—Misses P. Andrews, Carroll, Johnston, O. Long, B. Preston and N. Syron; Messrs Challis, Colquhoun, Duff (captain), Heenan, Jack and McKeague.
There will be no Masterton Park teams playing in inter-club matches on Saturday. The B team has a bye and Greytown has defaulted to the C team. Masterton Park club matches must be played off as soon as possible, and tomorrow presents a splendid opportunity for doing so.
