OWING TO LATTER JOINING ANTI-COMINTERN PACT. LEGATIONS TO CLOSE DOWN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, February 2. It is officially stated that the Soviet have severed diplomatic relations with Hungary owing to the latter joining the Anti-Comintern Pact. The Soviet is closing its Legation at Budapest and asking Hungary to close its Legation at Moscow.
