Mr George Rublee (chairman of the International Committee on Refugees) left for London at the conclusion of the Jewish conversations. The Inter-Government Committee is meeting on February 13. Dr H. Schacht’s original plan for financing emigration by the flotation of. a foreign loan apparently has been abandoned'.
