PIG IRON DISPUTE
ALLEGED PLOT TO BOMB DALFRAM POLICE SEARCH VESSEL. NO EXPLOSIVES FOUND. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright, (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 2. Reports that an attempt would be made to prevent the Dalfram from sailing from Port Kembla for Japan with its cargo of pig iron, by . disabling it with bombs, were received by the police, who carefully searched the vessel, but nothing of an explosive nature was revealed. A strict watch will be maintained until the Dalfram leaves.
