EKETAHUNA SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report on their weekly sale held at Eketahuna yesterday, as follows:—There was again a good entry of lambs and they attracted a large attendance of buyers from the local and outside districts. Prices remained firm on last week’s sale, and competition throughout was keen up to those values. We report a total clearance, and the following prices will indicate values: —A/c Mr C. E. Goss: Good ewe lambs under spirited competition made 235. This was the top price for any ewe lambs yarded this season. Other sales were: —B.F. rape lambs, 15s 6d; medium do., 14s; small b.f. lambs, 10s to 12s 6d; medium w.f. ewe lambs, 13s lOd to 15s 7d; w.f. wether lambs, 13s; medium do., 9s 7d to 10s Id; small do., 7s to 8s; small shorn wether lambs, Gs to 7s Bd. Weaner pigs, 20s 6d.
