SECONDLY: Approximately 141 acres 24 perches, situate in Block XVI., Tiffin Survey District, being subdivisions 1 and 2A Wai-koukou-Tauanui Block. THIRDLY: Approximately 8 acres 1 rood 00.7 perches, being Native Land Block known as Waikou-kou-Tauanui No. 3A. The property firstly described comprises mostly rich river silt, and has the necessary buildings for a self-con-tained farm. The remaining lands are on the opposite side of the Ruamahanga River to the property firstly mentioned, and could be run either in conjunction with it or as a separate unit, being provided with dwelling and all necessary outbuildings. Provision is made in the Conditions of Tender for repairs to the fences and buildings by the Public Trustee. Conditions of Tender may be inspected at, aild any further particulars obtained from the offices of the Public Trustee at Carterton or Masterton, where forms of tender may also be obtained. A deposit equivalent to 6 months’ rent at the rate tendered must accompany every tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
