FARMS & TRAFFIC ROUTES AFFECTED. VILLAGES ISOLATED IN EAST ANGLIA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.30 a.m.) RUGBY. January 27. There is an extensive flooding of agricultural land, roads and railways, following upon the snow, rain and gales of yesterday, when the worst weather conditions for some years were experienced. Twenty East Anglia villages are isolated.
