SPRAINED ANKLE OR FOOT
WHAT TO DO, When the tendons and ligaments have been stretched or twisted apply a cold water compress to the sprain and support the injured part, which must be rested until all sign of swelling has gone down. Should a foot be sprained out of doors, bandage tightly over the shoe and stocking until the injured part can be given proper attention. Call in adoctor in all cases of severe sprain.
