Representative Thomas introduced a resolution today asking for the impeachment of Miss Francis Perkins. Secretary of Labour, for her failure to take action against the Labour leader Harry Bridges. Miss Perkins recently issued a statement announcing that the Dies Committee had failed to present evidence in support of the charge that the Austral-ian-born Laboui- leader Harry Bridges advocated an overthrow of the Government. She said that Bridges entered the country legally in 1920.
