OWING to the indiscriminate use of the Water Supply, it has become absolutely necessary to restrict the use of all hoses, whether supply is metered or not. TAKE NOTICE that as from this date hosing is only permitted between the hours of 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., in accordance with Sections 245, 246 and 248 of the Masterton Borough General ByLaw, 1927.
