ARAB MODERATES REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE. OBJECTIONS TO THE MUFTI’S SELECTION. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. CAIRO, January 24. Nashashibi, leader of the moderate National Defence Party, announces that his party will not join the delegation to the London talks, as it refuses to accept the Grand Mufti s selection of delegates to represent it, one being a sick man and unfit for travel and the other being a partisan of the Mufti. He declared that the party’s decision was unanimous and final. The party also reserved the right to refuse to recognise any arrangement reached in London.
