PAHIATUA STOCK SALE. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co Ltd report as follows: —A large yarding of lambs came forward and was submitted to a good attendance of mainly local buyers. Our entry totalled 1,500 odd head, all pens being cleared at rates on a par with last week’s rates. Quotations: — Woolly wether lambs: 15s 4d, 14s 6d, 14s 2d to 11s; culls, 9s 6d. 8s to 6s Id. Shorn wether lambs: Medium, 10s 6d to 12s 2d; culls, 8s 3d to 7s 7d.
Ewe lambs: 15s Bd, 14s. 14s Id. 2-th wethers: 16s Bd. 15s: small. 12s 2d to 10s Is to 9s.
