LIMITS ON POLITICAL PROPAGANDA. AGAINST TOTALITARIAN STATES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. GENEVA, January 22. The Government has issued a decree prohibiting political parties issuing propaganda, in order to persuade the public to boycott imports from totalitarian States, on the grounds that this might endanger Switzerland’s relations with them and encourage retaliation carrying heavy penalties.
