ENGINE UPSET
FLOOD DERAILMENT IN AUSTRALIA. PASSENGERS & TRAIN CREW UNHURT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (.Received This Day. 11.20 a.m.) PERTH. This Day. The engine and two coaches of the Perth-bound Albany express were derailed in floods near Narrogin, about 120 miles south-east of Perth. There were seventy passengers aboard, but no one was injured. The engine turned over on its side, but the fireman and driver jumped clear. The derailment occurred when the express, proceeding cautiously through, a flooded area, fouled rails that had been diverted by a heavy body,, of water.
