The matter of attendance of members at meetings was discussed, and all members are asked to attend the next meeting.

MEETING AT CARTERTON. ("Times-Age" Special.* The fortnightly meeting of Loyal Heart of Oak Lodge was held last evening. Bro A. R. Tankersley, N.G.. presided. Sick pay was ordered to be paid, and one member was declared off the funds of the Lodge. ’ A vote of condolence was passed to the widow and family of the late Bro A. Rippon, of Masterton, members standing in silence as a mark of respect to the deceased. A maternity claim was passed for payment. The V.G.-elect forwarded his resignation of the office owing to being unable to be present at meetings on account of military training. The resignation was accepted with regret and Bro C. C.
