PROPOSED ADJUSTMENT. TRANSFERS OF POPULATION AND TERRITORY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PRAGUE, January 23. The Finance Minister, Doctor Kalfus, in a statement today, said that the Government expected Poland, Germany and Hungary to assume approximately 35 per cent of Czechoslovakia’s State debt because they had acquired more than that proportion of the Republic's population, area and productive wealth. He was budgeting accordingly, though a settlement had not been reached.
