MR G. RUBLEE’S REPORT. NEGOTIATIONS WITH GERMANY TO CONTINUE. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 8.40 a.m.) RUGBY. January 23. The chairman of the International Refugees’ Committee, Mr George Rublee, who before leaving Berlin is understood to have received assurances that the progress of negotiations with the German Government would not be affected by Dr Schacht’s removal, gave a meeting of the vice-chairmen of the Refugees' Committee, presided over by Lord Winterton in Paris today, an account of his recent conversations.
