The “Daily Mail” says it is believed in London that, in his speech to the Reichstag on January 30, Herr Hitler will reiterate in more definite terms than ever Germany’s claims to colonies. It is understood that his attitude will be that Germany cannot consider joining in plans for European appeasement till the colonies problem is settled. MILITARY RESERVE. ALL GERMANS TO JOIN STORM TROOPS. BERLIN, January 21. Herr Hitler has decreed that all men, after the completion of their military service, will be attached to the Storm Troops for the maintenance of their mental and physical fitness. All shall be under the moral obligation to acquire a Storm Troopers’ sports badge, the conditions of whichinclude semi-military performances, among which is throwing imitation hand grenades.
