TAKE NOTICE that as from this date hosing is only permitted between the hours of G a.m. and 8 p.m., in accordance with sections 245. 24G and 248 of the Masterton Borough General By-law. 1927. Any person failing to comply with this notice will be prosecuted. 245 No person shall use. for the purpose of watering any garden or for any other purpose whatever, any hose or any similar contrivance unless (during the whole time of such use such hose or other contrivance shall be held by hand or directed by some competent person. 24G No person shall use for any purpose whatsoever any revolving spray, standing sprinkler, or similar contrivance, unless during the whole time of such use the same shall be under the immediate personal care and attention of some competent person continuously present. 248 No consumer shall use or permit or suffer to be used his water supply or any water therefrom to an unreasonable extent or in a wasteful manner, or, if such water supply is an ordinary supply, for any of the purposes of an extraordinary supply.
