General situation: There has been little change in the pressure distribution, an anti-cyclone remaining centred over the Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate to strong north-westerly winds, reaching gale force at times in exposed positions. A few isolated showers posible about the ranges, but weather otherwise fair to fine. Temperatures mild. Seas rough.
