CROSSING ACCIDENT
CAR AND JIGGER. COLLIDE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A crossing accident occurred at 8.30 a.m. today at Waikanae. Mr L. G. Coates, a railways department electrician, driving a jigger, became involved in a collision with a car driven by a Miss Buchanan. She was coming out of a private road to a small crossing. Mr Coates was cut about the head, requiring medical treatment.
