The butter market is dominated by Australian weather conditions, combined with low production in New Zealand and Australia, and it is expected that the rise*in prices will be maintained while present conditions prevail.
Cheese is featureless. Because of the activity of butter and eggs, Continental supplies are still arriving in large quantities.
