PASSENGERS CATCH AWATEA IN HURRY. •
FLIGHT FROM MELBOURNE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Three passengers for New Zealand caught the Awatea as it passed under the Sydney Harbour Bridge last night on its way to sea. They had flown from Melbourne to Mascot Aerodrome and then rushed through the city b}' taxi and boarded a launch and intercepted the Awatea. Iney were 'hauled aboard less than three hours after leaving Melbourne. The passengers were Captain R. E. Murray, of the New Zealand. Army, Miss Mary Corbett, of Thames, and Miss Jones, of Auckland.
