NAZI GERMANY & UNITED STATES
RESPECT FOR THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENS. CONSULTATION TO SETTLE CONTROVERSIES. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) BERLIN, January 13.
The Government has announced that mutual assurances have been exchanged with the United States of America and that both countries in future will respect the rights of each others citizens under the existing friendship pact, and settle controversies by consultation.
