BIDEFORD SPORTS
GATHERING ON JANUARY 21
The Bideford Sports Club will held its annual sports gathering at Bideford on Saturday, January 21. The fixture is one of the most popular in the district and always provides an excellent day’s sport and attracts a large crowd. There will be the usual full and varied programme of horse, athletic and children’s events in addition to numerous competitions. The gathering will be held in beautiful surroundings and the native bush makes a splendid picnic ground. Hot water is provided- free, and there is no charge for admission. Programmes may be obtained from the secretary, Mr D. J. Falloon, Bideford.
