WORLD CONFERENCE OPENED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, January 12. The International Sugar Council has opened twenty-one nations attending. The conference is private. It is understood that it will examine the statistical position following the July agreement, and also will consider estimates of the world’s requirements, compared with world quotas.
