The Bishop of London. Dr Winnington Ingram, who retires this year, in a speech to churchmen today, said he did not look forward to leaving London but that he would start on a missionary tour of South America, Africa, India. Australia, New Zealand, Japan and China.

"By that time I will have fairly finished with the world," added Dr Ingram.
