The rebels contend that a large part of the loyalist army have been destroyed. but admit that their own casualties have been heavy. The rebel right wing, operating on the Ut’gel Plain, is driving the loyalists clear of the Lerida-Tarragona Road. On the extreme right wing, farther south, they captured Vinaixa, 25 miles from Tarragona.
