ROVING BANDS BLAMED
_______ PARTICIPATION OF SLOVAK TROOPS NOT CONFIRMED (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 6. The Australian Associated Press says it is believed that roving bands which have caused a number of similar incidents during the last month are responsible for the Munkacevo incidents. A report that regular Slovak troops were involved, is not confirmed. If true it is disquieting, in view of Germany’s influence on Czechoslovakia and Germany’s reported ambitions regarding the Ukraine.
