MAY RETURN TO REICH

REPORTED INCLINATION OF POLAND. CUT & DRIED IN BERLIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright WARSAW. January 6. The search for an. alternative to Poland's joining the anti-Comintern pact in view of Colonel Beck's dislike of blocs, brings the suggestion that Poland's contribution to the appeasement of Germany might be the inclusion of Danzig in the Reich. A cut and dried plan for this is reported to be already drawn up in Berlin, in addition to the construction of a military motor road through the Polish corridor.

Poland is unlikely to help Germany in her coquetting in the Ukraine, since she has her own unsolved Ukrainian problem.
