CHIEF EVENT TO QUEEN OF SONG FINAL HANDICAP WON BY BOSWELL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL. January 4. The concluding day of the Southland Racing Clyb’s summer meeting was held in perfect racing weather. The track was in fast order and the attendance was big. The totalisator handled £19,168 10s, compared with £17,170 10s on the same day last year. The total for the meeting was £40,882 10s, compared with £39.333 last year, an increase of £1549 10s.
