Ottawa —The area sown to fall wheat in Canada this autumn is estimated at 799,000 acres, a decrease of 16.000 acres or 2 per cent as compared with the area sown in 19.37. Sowing of fall rye in Canada amounted to 596,000 acres, an increase of 2 per cent over last year.
