CZECHS GRANT AMNESTY OF WIDE SCOPE. LESS LIBERAL RETURN CONCESSION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 9.30 a.m.) PRAGUE, January 2. In accordance with the Czecho-Hun-garian agreement of December 23, Dr Hacha has granted an amnesty to all Hungarian subjects arrested for political crimes, including even armed attacks against the enforcement of Czech laws. Pardons are not extended to members of terrorist organisations, manj' of whom are Hungarian regular soldiers captured during the recent’disturbances.

Hungary is granting an amnesty to Czechs, but fewer are involved. Hungary has sent a note to Prague seriously objecting to continued hostile propaganda from Slovak radio stations.
