DEATH OF CHIEF JUDGE DETHRIDGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—'_opyright. MELBOURNE, December 29. The death occurred today of Mr George James Dethridge, Chief Judge of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court. He was also chairman of the Royal Commission on doctors’ fees and the national insurance scheme which has already been affected by the deaths of two barristers in the Kyeema air crash last October.
