URUWHENUA MURDER
KERR IN NELSON MENTAL HOSPITAL.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NELSON. This Day
Under the direction of the Minister of Justice (the Hon H. G. R. Masoni Arthur Frederick Kerr, aged 55, who is charged with murdering his wife on December 16. at Uruwhenua. is retained in the Nelson Mental Hospital for observation until January 24. 1939. The accused was charged before justices of the peace this morning.
