COMMUTATION OF DEATH SENTENCES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. MELBOURNE, December 22. The Victorian Cabinet has commuted to life imprisonment the death sentences on Herbert Jenner, aged 22, and Seiwyn*Wallace, aged 23, for the murder of Frederick Sherry, who was shot during an attempt to steal a payroll at Collingwood on September 1.
