WHEN BUYING SAUCEPANS. When buying saucepans always buy good ones, as, if they are properly looked after, they will last for years. Be sure to store your saucepans upside down on a shelf with the edges protruding so that the air will get to the inside Do not run cold water into a hot iron saucepan or the pan will most likely crack. Be sure to dry an iron saucepan very carefully in order to prevent rust.
